During this 2 day Knife Making Experience, you will craft your own Full Sized Chef’s Knife by:
Forging the blade from raw steel
Grinding to shape
Heat treating the blade
Fitting and shaping the handle
Final finishing and polishing
The course runs from 09:00-16:30 approximately both days, ending when you have a fully finished knife to take home!
